Once you have explained to manager what exact customization you desire, the manager will set the preliminary term of delivery. Typical delivery of CustomWeb takes between 5 - 7 working days, but there can be some delays if you don't provide the necessary information, such as correct contact information or personal files (texts, images, etc.)
 
How can I check status of my order?
Once you have registered you will get access to your own personal production interface. Using this interface you will be able to check current stage of your order, chat live with manager, upload personal files required for tuning and view screenshots of original template or current results.
 
What do I have to do to get desired results & avoid delays?
Please provide correct and full information about yourself. According to US legislation your information will not be used in any way, other than using it to provide you with the details of your project. Make sure you have all necessary information and personal files (texts, images) that will allow manager to completely understand your project, give you the right quote and proceed with production.
 
What should I do if I have sent the payment but my project is suspended because of antifraud check?
Please don't worry, this is the usual procedure. Please wait patiently for an e-mail with further instructions. Usually antifraud check takes 12 - 14 hours.
 
What should I do if I don't like the final Webdesign result?
When your task is done you receive an e-mail asking you to login to your personal production interface and check screenshots of your CustomWeb final result. If you don't like the result you may reasonably revise it by chatting with manager and demand necessary updates.
 
What if I am in a different time zone?
This is not a problem. We have around the clock, enthusiastic staff, committed chat rooms, phone-lines, and e-mail support.
How can I chat with my designer if my English is bad?

What can I do with my Custom WebSite files?
You may: Build any other website using the customized WebDesign in any way you desire.
You may not: Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
 
What is the design turnaround time?
Turnaround time for normally 7 business days, depending on the rate at which we receive feedback from you. Your design coordinator will provide an accurate start and completion date for your project upon receipt of all documents.
 
Can I talk to my designer on phone?
You will receive a design consultation and one-on-one interaction with your designer for WebSite design and custom e-commerce design projects.
 
How do I receive my WebSite files?
Upon project completion your WebSite files will be sent to you via email attachment in a ZIP file. After your project is completed, you may request your WebSite files will be burned onto a CD and shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail. After project completion in 7 days, we upload all files to a secure server which you can access.
 
This is my first design project. What should I consider?
Simple is better. It's best not to get too complex with your design.

Can I use as many colors I want in my WebSite?
You can use as many as you wish. We recommend a maximum of 4 colors to suit your office logo, business cards & other stationary.

One very popular configuration is to use Real Time Shipping Rates in conjunction with Custom Shipping Table by Price. Many merchants will offer real time rates from their carrier of choice for ground and air shipments, but also will run a special for free shipping over a certain order total. They will use the Real Time Shipping Rates and also create a custom table for Free Shipping by price where the prices for which the shipping rate of $0.00 is defined only over the dollar amount. (For example all order over $100 receive free shipping).
